DORA

The Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a European Union regulation (Regulation (EU) 2022/2554) focused on strengthening the digital resilience of financial entities. It came into force on January 16, 2023, and will apply from January 17, 2025. DORA aims to ensure that financial institutions can withstand, respond to, and recover from ICT (Information and Communication Technology) disruptions.
