Typically, the transfer of securities accounts takes an average of 7-21 days until the securities are available in your new account.
However, the transferring bank is responsible for the transfer of the securities. Delays of up to 6 weeks can occur, particularly for foreign banks and securities held abroad.
Since we do not receive feedback from the transferring bank regarding the status of processing for data protection reasons, customers can contact them directly to inquire about the status of the transfer.
