How are the notification letters sent?

Notification letters are primarily sent by fax, provided we have a valid fax number. If the fax transmission is unsuccessful, the letters will be sent by post.

Sending via email is not possible for legal reasons. We are currently working on an API integration with some payment partners to save time, money, and resources.
