Status page for our account switch according to ZKG/PAD – Account Switchkit

To improve transparency regarding the availability of our products, we have introduced a status page: http://status.connect.finleap.com/

On the status page, you will find information about the availability of our Qwist products. Instead of our newsletters, incidents will be communicated via the status page and can be viewed there at any time.

The status page contains information about all our products.

Relevant to you are the availability of our account switching products (Account Switch, Portfolio Switch, and Payments Accounts Directive Service) as well as, in the case of online account switching and portfolio switching, the status of bank connectivity.

You have the option to receive updates automatically via email. To subscribe to updates on the status page:

1. Go to the status page.
2. Click "SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES."
3. Enter the email address that should receive the updates.
4. Click "SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL."
5. Select the products and banks you are interested in.
6. Click "Save."

You can also subscribe to updates for individual incidents/disruptions:

If you are already subscribed to the component affected by the incident using your email address, you will automatically receive updates for the incident. If you are not subscribed to the component affected by the disruption, you can subscribe to the incident yourself.

1. Find the current incident you want to subscribe to.
2. Click "Subscribe."
3. Enter the email address.
4. Click "SUBSCRIBE TO INCIDENT."
