In addition to the option for the end customer to manually enter all data during registration, this process can be supported. The Magic Link allows data that the bank already knows, such as the IBAN of the new account, the address and name of the end customer, etc., to be transmitted. This simplifies the process and helps prevent typos by the end customer.
Some banks already use the Magic Link, either in emails to customers, links in online banking, or in the app that lead to the account switching service.
