Status of the switch

The status of the account switch can be viewed in the back office (https://admin.kontenwechsel.de/customers).

End users can view the overview in the account switch profile and download a summary of the change including all sent correspondence.

The account switch profile is not updated, as confirmations of the change are sent directly to the customer by the payment partners.
