- For the enduser: For data protection reasons, the account change profile is automatically deleted after 90 days. If you want to delete your profile yourself you can click on the little “profile” symbol top right and then on “Delete my account”
- For the support team: If an enduser requests an account deletion, you can “delete” the user through the backoffice by clicking on the “Archive” button (top right in the customer overview)
