If an account cannot be linked because the transferring bank is not supported, or the old account is not online-enabled, the manual account switch can be used as an alternative, provided it is enabled.
Here, the user can manually add and notify payment partners using our address database.
The manual account switch can also be used for account types that are not read but still need to be closed (e.g., savings accounts, daily savings accounts).
