To transfer multiple payment accounts to a new bank account, it is necessary to use a separate email address for each transfer. Many email providers offer the plus address feature (e.g., max.muster+1@domain.com).
Please first check whether the email provider offers this feature. A quick test can be performed by sending an email to yourself with a plus address (e.g., max.muster+1@domain.com). If the email is delivered, this feature is working. If the customer's email provider does not offer this feature, or the customer does not want to use it, the customer's profile can also be reset if they wish to make another transfer using the same email address.
To do this, the customer must complete the account transfer process for the first bank account. Once this is done, please contact customer service at support@kontenwechsel.de and the team will delete the customer's first transfer. Please note that the customer must first complete the switch and download the PDF summary, as access to the profile will no longer be possible after this.
After our customer service team has deleted the first switch, you can proceed with the switch to the next account.
