Wrong Postbank selected as old bank

The bank sort code is the most precise way to select the correct bank. This is part of the IBAN of the customer's old account. After DE and the first two digits, there are eight numbers that make up the bank sort code (positions 5 to 12). If the customer enters this, they will receive the exact bank and should be able to log in without any problems.
